Todays workout

10 minutes of running
30 minutes of biking
40 minutes of swinging (okay, that sounded extremely weird, sorry about that icon_lols.gif )
+ a LOT of strength, most "assets" icon_lols.gif ;)
= 80 minutes of cardio + a lot of strength
