Todays workout

Freaking great! I did:

50 minutes of swing
40 minutes of jogging/running
30 minutes of biking
+ situps, backlifts in machine, arms in machine and pushups
= 120 (2 whole darn hours! icon_yea.gif ) minutes of cardio + strenght and stretching!
